First, we will meet with your company owners/financial stakeholders to perform a detailed assessment so we gain a full understanding of your bookkeeping and reporting processes and requirements. After the assessment, we will provide an analysis report to help facilitate and evaluate the purpose and extent of our engagement with you. Once both parties have agreed upon the services Leap Access will provide, we will present an engagement agreement.

Because we offer flexible, personalized bookkeeping solutions and services, we try to find a fee structure that works best for your business and budget. Fees will vary based on what you need help with but our clients generally find the cost of our services less expensive than hiring an employee to provide the level and quality of work we provide. Outsourcing part or all of your bookkeeping to our experienced professionals provides many benefits over managing your books in house. You gain additional expertise and guidance, particularly helpful for advanced and complex bookkeeping needs that your staff may not have the experience to handle. You gain confidence that processing is always on time, your data is accurate and accounts are continuously monitored and reconciled to prevent errors. Additionally, we will give you more insight than you’ve ever had into your business so you know where you stand today and can better forecast your future.

Leap Access can provide bookkeeping services and certified expertise on both Intacct and QuickBooks. Intacct is likely a better solution if you have extensive reporting needs, multiple steps in a workflow, multiple entities or other requirements that may be discovered during the client assessment. If maintaining your accounting on QuickBooks works and is important to you, we will move your company file into a hosted service environment so you gain the convenience of remote access.

While Leap Access does not directly sell Intacct software as a standalone solution, as an Intacct Authorized IAP Partner, we are authorized by Intacct to offer our bookkeeping services on the Intacct platform. The Intacct subscription cost is bundled with our services. We can make it easy and convenient to get started. Ask us how to unify your financial management with Leap Access and Intacct.

The privacy and security of your data and confidential information is of utmost importance to us. Your Engagement Agreement will address the confidentiality policies and procedures with Leap Access. Yes! Not only can we help you setup, manage and process your payables and receivables through applications like Bill.com and other third-party billing solutions, in many cases we can help integrate even specialized billing systems and data with Intacct.

Leap Access does not offer payroll services at this time, but we can help you make sure your payroll data is properly recorded in your accounting system. We can also make suggestions on payroll services with existing integrations.

Leap Access does not prepare business tax filings, but we do provide ongoing reconciliation and detailed reporting so come tax time (and all year round) your tax preparer or CPA is fully informed with accurate and well-organized information and reports. We are happy to work closely with you and your tax professional to determine any unique tax and reporting requirements and ensure approved parties have anytime, anywhere access to information.
